After you Order a Certificate, we will email you with questions on information we need to personalize the certificate.  Just click "REPLY" answer the questions and "SEND" the answers to the questions back to us. 

***Please email us from your email address so we can email you a Scan of the Certificate with your information on it, for your approval.  Once we get your approval of the wording and design of the Certificate, we will finish the Foil lettering processing and prepare it for mailing.

When you are Notified the Certificate has been mailed, if you do not receive it in a timely manner, we request that you notify us first by email, before anyone else.  We are happy to work it out with you :-)

** CAUTION **

Keep the Certificate away from direct sunlight and heat.  The Foil letters are heat pressed onto the Certificate and may release from the paper if exposed to sunlight or heat.  For this reason Please DO NOT place Certificate (even when framed) above heater vent, in front of a window or in a Vehicle on a hot day.  It will destroy the Foil lettering.

Return Policy

Due to personalization of the Certificates, we do not accept returns.  However, Your Satisfaction is our Goal and if there is a problem with the Certificate we will work it out with you :-)

Privacy Policy

Even though we collect some of your personal information for the Certificate, your information is not sold or kept on the computer for anyone else to see.  Your information is promptly destroyed after each Certificate is mailed.  I am pretty good at remembering names in case you buy another Certificate, but your name and other information is diamond shredded once our business transaction is finished.

We welcome payment with Credit Card through Paypal, other Paypal Services, or Pay by Mail (email us your Order and say you are paying by mail) with a Personal Check (with 10 BUSINESS day waiting period), Money Order or Cashiers Check, in U.S. funds.

Each Certificate is mailed inside a white protective envelope that is placed between two pieces of sturdy cardboard and securely taped to make it rigid for delivery.  This is not a State Certified License or Certificate.

This item will ship approx. 2-3 BUSINESS days after customer approval of wording and payment clears. We will notify you when the Certificate is mailed.  Allow another 2-3 BUSINESS days for Priority Mail delivery. International First Class Mail shipped Worldwide (delivery time varies depending on destination, could be up to 45 days.)
