When You Receive It, all you have to do is Fill in the information, take it to the Dedication Ceremony and Sign it at the bottom along with your Spouse, the Godparents and the Dedication Official.  Then you can Frame It in the beautiful frame of your choice.

Keep the Certificate away from direct sunlight and heat.  The Foil letters are heat pressed onto the Certificate and may release from the paper if exposed to sunlight or heat.  For this reason Please DO NOT place Certificate (even when framed) above heater vent, in front of a window or in a Vehicle on a hot day.  It will destroy the Foil lettering.

Since this is a Blank Certificate, we do accept returns.  However, Your Satisfaction is our Goal and if there is a problem with the Certificate we will work it out with you :-)

Each Certificate is mailed inside a white protective envelope that is placed between two pieces of sturdy cardboard and securely taped to make it rigid for delivery.  This is not a State Certified License or Certificate.
