We are happy to work it out with you :-) Return Policy Since this is a Blank Certificate, we do accept returns. However, the Certificate must be returned undamaged in the same mailing envelope that it arrived in. Certificate should be secured between the same two pieces of cardboard that it came with and must be returned within 7 days. And marked Return To Sender on the outside of the envelope. However, Your Satisfaction is our Goal and if there is a problem with the Certificate we will work it out with you.
